
Human Resources Strategist

The role of a Strategic HR Manager involves playing a strategic and consultative role to the management in executing the larger vision, culture, and business objectives of the organization. In this capacity, the incumbent will liaise with business leaders and implement HR solutions aligned to the organization.
The primary purpose of the Strategic HR Manager is to helm one of our vibrant Development Centers. This would involve collaborating with business leaders to drive business growth through strategic initiatives that foster a positive work environment, promote diversity and inclusivity, and enhance employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Onboarding and Assimilation: Seamless integration of new employees into the organizational framework.
- Creating and Nurturing a Positive Work Environment: Fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace culture.
- Building and Creating the DC Brand: Establishing a strong presence of the Development Center in the society.
- Inculcating a High-Performance Work Environment: Encouraging a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Protecting Organizational Interests: Safeguarding the interests of the organization and taking disciplinary action when necessary.
- Implementing Rewards and Recognition Programs: Designing and implementing programs to recognize and reward employee contributions.
- Managing Employee Grievances: Handling workplace concerns and resolving employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Managing Health and Wellness Programs: Developing and implementing programs to promote employee well-being.
Qualifications and Required Skills:
- MBA/PGDM/MHRM/MSW or equivalent preferred qualification.
- Minimum 11 years of experience in HR with a proven track record of success.
- Level-headed HR professional with a positive attitude.
- Ability to lead and nurture high-performing teams.
- Exhibiting highest standards of integrity and personal probity.
- Excellent communication skills with ease across different stakeholders.
- Analytical thinking and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Awareness of industry trends and ability to stay ahead of the curve.

Required Skills and QualificationsThis role requires a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who can excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should possess a strong educational background, preferably in HR or a related field, and have a minimum of 11 years of relevant experience.
The selected individual should demonstrate excellent leadership skills, be able to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and possess a strong analytical mindset. Additionally, they should be aware of industry trends and be able to contribute to the development of innovative HR strategies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and nurturing a positive work environment, building and creating the DC brand, and inculcating a high-performance work environment. They will also be required to protect the interests of the organization, implement rewards and recognition programs, manage employee grievances, and manage health and wellness programs.
