Overview

We seek a young dynamic professional to work directly with our CEO in the capacity of Sr. Program Manager - Project Lead.

This critical position drives a range of initiatives, from tactical program management to leading cross-functional priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead special projects directly overseen by the CEO, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders">
  • Versatile Problem-Solver: Act as a versatile tool for solving any problem, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolutions">
  • Content Development: Create compelling content/presentation decks and narratives for the CEO for both internal and external use">
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment and execution across various departments to achieve strategic goals">
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication">

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 8+ years of experience in handling strategic projects for an Office of Eminence or in a similar high-impact role">
  • Comfortable with domestic/overseas travel">
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage projects and drive results">
