About Our Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support strategic initiatives through impactful presentation development, executive-level reporting, and coordination across multiple business units. This key role will enable visibility, alignment, and execution support for senior leadership.

This position offers hands-on mentorship and opportunities to take on increasing scope based on demonstrated performance and ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations with strong structure, messaging, and visual polish for customer meetings, board sessions, and internal reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders to gain proficiency in presentation content development and storytelling.
  • Track and compile customer engagement activity across all businesses to provide a consolidated view for senior leadership.
  • Coordinate and compile weekly reports from cross-functional stakeholders into a single, polished report.
  • Support cross-functional program tracking and executive coordination activities.

Essential Attributes:

  • Exceptional PowerPoint skills with clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations.
  • High attention to detail and quality standards in both content and formatting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill and structure information for executive audiences.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and dependable in managing inputs, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements:

  • MBA preferred, ideally with an undergraduate degree in Engineering or a technical discipline.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in program coordination, strategy support, consulting, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
