Job Title: Project Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute quality support programs in assigned regions.
  • Optimize school infrastructure, ensuring functional facilities such as toilets, libraries, computer labs, science labs, and classrooms.
  • Activate critical school processes including sports, assemblies, schedules, libraries, student committees, forums, teacher professional development, and other student-centered activities.
  • Ensure smooth academic and co-scholastic operations including sports days, annual days, republic days, community volunteering, parent-teacher meetings, etc.
  • Assist in formulating Annual Operating Plans, submitting monthly budget provisions, and monitoring daily expenses.
  • Support the recruitment of academic mentors/trainers in consultation with HR.
  • Nurture partnerships with stakeholders, including communities, parents, government bodies, and authorities.

Requirements:

  • MSW/MBA/Postgraduate degree in Rural Development.
  • 5-10 years of experience in education program implementation.
