Managed Service Program Coordinator Job

This role involves overseeing tasks within a managed service provider (MSP) program, ensuring operational efficiency and high-quality service delivery.

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with client requirements and internal standards.
  • Oversee documentation and validation of client needs for efficient staffing processes and alignment with program goals.
  • Implement Quality Assurance procedures and perform audits to identify discrepancies in staffing processes.
  • Manage worker profiles, assignments, extensions, and terminations in line with client demands.
  • Support junior specialists during high-volume periods for timely task completion and program continuity.
  • Manage work order updates, including extensions, terminations, and other changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance within the system.
  • Monitor MSP program progress and performance, tracking key metrics such as resource utilization and task completion.
  • Maintain open communication channels with teams and stakeholders for program alignment and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate on transitioning staffing assignments into agreements, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.

For this role, we are looking for individuals with:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience in MSP coordination within the staffing or workforce solutions industry is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and data management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with VMS platforms is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • High adaptability and willingness to embrace change in a dynamic environment.
