Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our ERP programs. This role requires coordination, effective issue/risk management, and collaboration with cross-functional IT and business teams across global time zones.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in project coordination or project management, a strong understanding of ERP programs, and knowledge of ERP workstreams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and document meetings, including agendas, minutes, decisions, and action items.
  • Track and monitor project plans, issues, and risks; consolidate updates for status reports.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and resolution of blockers.
  • Escalate risks and dependencies appropriately to leadership.
  • Ensure accountability by assigning clear ownership for all action items.
  • Support project governance through documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Project coordination or project management experience.
  • Strong understanding of ERP programs and knowledge of ERP workstreams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in O365 tools.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience coordinating ERP implementations.
  • Exposure to large-scale ERP or IT transformation programs.
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
Qualification & Certification
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
  • Project Management certification preferred.
