Strategic AI Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Strategic AI Project Lead to drive the delivery of cutting-edge GenAI and autonomous-process programs at scale.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans for AI initiatives, defining project scope, success metrics, and release plans.
  • Collaborate with solution architects to select models, prompt-engineering patterns, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Oversee development and deployment of RPA bots and AI agents on cloud platforms.
  • Establish KPIs—cost per transaction, latency, agent autonomy level, bot uptime—and deliver regular executive dashboards.
  • Mentor scrum teams, conduct sprint retros, and drive continuous improvement with OKR tracking.

Requirements:

  • 6–8 years in technical project or program management, with at least 2 years leading AI/ML initiatives.
  • Demonstrated delivery of GenAI or LLM-based solutions.
  • Hands-on familiarity with RPA toolchains and process-mining platforms.
  • Proven command of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban rituals; Jira and Confluence power user.
  • Solid grasp of cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong data literacy: SQL, basic Python, prompt engineering, and model evaluation metrics.
