Lead Digital Transformation Programs

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver digital transformation programs.

The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This role assumes overall delivery responsibility for the project/program.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Program Leadership: Work closely with technical stakeholders to ensure that the solution is optimal and aligned with business requirements.
  2. Participate in technical discussions and position technical trade-offs to client stakeholders
  3. Present/explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
  4. Work closely with project stakeholders to define project plan, KRAs and process
  5. Communicate project status and structure across Project Management team and all necessary departments
  6. Ensure project remains on target to meet deadlines
  7. Define potential problems and suggest alternatives based upon cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards
  8. Manage day-to-day progress of projects including risk assessment and problem resolution
  9. Conduct project reviews according to prescribed process/structure
  10. Technical Expertise: Serve as subject matter expert regarding workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
  11. Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and/or adapt processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc.
  12. Ensure teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver effectively
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in managing full project management life cycle for implementing highly complex, large-scale, strategic IT and business initiatives
  • Deep experience in understanding functional scope, design and technology to ensure right solution is delivered
  • Proven ability to meaningfully engage with highly technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to explain highly technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
  • Understanding/experience with executing projects in two or more areas like Supply Chain, eCommerce, IoT/Embedded, Digital Twins, Cloud Infrastructure, Industrial Operations Management will be an added advantage
  • Understanding of all allied areas like DevOps, Test Strategies, Test Automation, Security standards etc
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, team player with results orientation
  • Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines
