Revenue Operations Specialist

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations Specialist to lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.

About the Role:

This is a key opportunity to play a leading role in shaping our RevOps function as we expand this practice. You will be responsible for setting up full-funnel RevOps systems, ensuring that HubSpot becomes a true revenue engine.

This isn't about simple installs or setups. It's about tackling complex implementations, enabling integrations, designing lead scoring, and fixing revenue leakages so clients get the ROI they expect.

We're looking for someone who knows HubSpot inside out, not just CRM basics. You'll collaborate with our GTM teams to roll out a holistic RevOps framework, backed by a global agency of 500+ specialists across CRM, CX, web, and performance marketing.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations.
  2. Configure lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, and advanced lead routing.
  3. Map revenue processes and build scalable workflows and automations.
  4. Implement integrations with other platforms.
  5. Audit funnels and pipelines to identify and close revenue leakages.
  6. Build real-time dashboards for attribution, forecasting, and growth tracking.
  7. Manage data governance within HubSpot.
