Key Responsibilities:

- Lead sales initiatives and growth strategies, ensuring high-impact opportunities are identified and executed effectively.
- Represent the division as the key regional expert, supporting account teams with technical insights and customer engagement.
- Influence future market direction by gathering customer requirements, identifying product gaps, and monitoring industry trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in Business or Sales Development with proven B2B exposure, ideally in the sector.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and execution capabilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset-adaptable, self-driven, and customer-focused.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills with proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, SAP, and MS Office 365.
