Business Finance Leadership Role

  • Financial Vision: Partner with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth across regions.

  • Pricing Governance: Oversee complex deal pricing for optimal sizing, compliance, and margin safeguards.

  • Profitability Management: Own end-to-end profitability for assigned business units; review financial performance monthly with Business/Function Heads.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting cycle and monthly forecasting exercises, incorporating revenue, costs, FX, and regional dynamics.

  • Performance Analysis: Deliver monthly profitability dashboards and variance analyses; recommend actions to improve margins and cash flow.

  • Strategic Partnership: Provide actionable financial insights to business leaders; support strategic planning, GTM initiatives, and investment decisions.

  • Repository & Reporting: Establish repositories for deal pricing/cost sheets; track win–loss ratios and maintain financial models for decision support.

  • Expense Control: Monitor OPEX, enforce budget controls, and ensure adherence to financial discipline across units.

  • Market Analysis: Track market/competitor movements in EMEA and highlight financial levers to strengthen positioning.

  • Transformation Initiatives: Drive/support organization-wide initiatives related to finance transformation, automation, and reporting efficiency.

  • Team Development: Mentor and guide finance analysts; build capability in financial modeling, pricing, and stakeholder management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in financial management, pricing strategy, and advanced financial modeling.

  • Deep understanding of IT/technology services business models, including managed services and outsourcing.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools.

  • CA certification is mandatory

  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in business finance roles within medium/large IT/software/services organizations, with proven exposure to Global markets.

  • Experience managing multi-geo P&L ownership and leading finance teams.
