Internal Audit Lead

This position oversees the development of strategic solutions to address business challenges, plans and manages complex financial tasks, and analyzes core issues in intricate business processes to ensure robust financial governance and audit compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops innovative strategies to enhance financial performance and address business complexities.
  • Plots, organizes, and manages intricate financial situations across units.
  • Analyzes business processes to identify core issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepares monthly management information reports with detailed variance analysis and aging reports.
  • Creates and monitors budgets and forecasts (weekly, monthly, and quarterly); analyzes variances and provides actionable insights.
  • Leads the internal audit department and implements audit tools to boost efficiencies.
  • Designs, implements, and monitors internal controls and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensures compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, and local tax regulations.

Qualifications

A CA or MBA in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration is required, with a minimum age requirement of 42 years.

Required Skills

  • 20 years of minimum experience in auditing, Financial analysis, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, auditing procedures, financial planning, reporting, and audit tools.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
