Job Description">

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Help Desk Manager to oversee the support operations of our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing helpdesk teams, with a minimum of 15+ years of experience.

Required Skills and QualificationsQualification
  • MBA degree or equivalent
Experience
  • At least 15+ years of experience in handling helpdesk teams
  • Should have managed a helpdesk centre with more than 50 seats for at least 2 years
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
  1. Oversee and mentor helpdesk staff, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to effectively support applicants.
  2. Ensure the delivery of high-quality technical and operational support services to applicants.
  3. Assist in developing and implementing efficient helpdesk SOPs and workflows to improve response times and service quality.
  4. Track helpdesk metrics and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of support operations.
  5. Provide troubleshooting assistance to helpdesk staff to promptly resolve issues reported by applicants.
  6. Log and track incidents, maintaining accurate records and escalating complex problems as needed.
  7. Assist in deploying and configuring software updates and enhancements to ensure system functionality and user satisfaction.
  8. Manage and resolve escalated issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
