Job Description

We are seeking an experienced financial professional to lead our Record to Report (RTR) function. The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in financial reporting, accounting, and stakeholder management.

  • Lead the RTR function including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing to ensure accurate and timely financial results.
  • Manage and review journal entries, accruals, provisions, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany accounting to maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support audits, compliance, and financial analysis requirements, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and control frameworks to guarantee optimal performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Key skills include:

  • Profound knowledge of R2R/RTR processes, including General Ledger (GL), closing & reporting, reconciliations, and controls.
  • Sound understanding of accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP).
  • Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to manage a team and drive performance to achieve strategic objectives.
