To succeed in this role, you will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a working knowledge of Excel, Tally, Word, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.

You will be responsible for managing client relationships, communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders, guiding junior team members, and promoting a collaborative team culture. Additionally, you will need to stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements, including FCRA, TDS, PT, Income Tax, and GST.
