About the Role:

We seek a senior finance leader to oversee accounting, compliance and financial control across the company. This role will be responsible for full-spectrum bookkeeping, statutory compliance, inventory accounting, audit, and regulatory filings while partnering with business teams to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Accounting & Reporting:

  • Preparation of financial statements on a standalone and consolidated basis for group entities monthly.
  • Supervise books of accounts for global entities based out of USA, Hong Kong, and China.
  • Ensure reconciliations between consolidated accounts and management information system are completed, documented, and variances explained.
  • Manage the monthly financial close process including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, etc.
