Job Overview:

As a Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial information to support the Director of Finance in monthly performance review calls.

You will work with concerned departments to address MI receivables related matters and review monthly MI receivables to coordinate collection timetables with hotel finance leaders.

Additionally, you will monitor and establish effective internal control procedures, communicate regularly with hotel finance leaders on finance-related matters, and highlight variances on budget versus actual results.

You will also handle audits and taxation related issues by liaising with the compliance team and internal tax department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial information for monthly performance review calls
  • Work with concerned departments to address MI receivables related matters
  • Review monthly MI receivables and coordinate collection timetables with hotel finance leaders
  • Monitor and establish effective internal control procedures
  • Communicate regularly with hotel finance leaders on finance-related matters

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (ACCA or CPA) certification
  • At least 8 years of experience in similar finance and accounting roles
  • Experience with accounting software such as PeopleSoft is advantageous
  • Meticulous, independent, and good people skills
  • High level of integrity and resourcefulness
