Job Title:

Sr Affluent Wealth Relationship Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of affluent clients, providing them with personalized financial solutions and services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and goals.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets for current accounts, trade finance, and other products.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including branch banking, operations, product teams, and treasury to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the business.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in current account acquisition, product & processes, trade & forex & other current account related products.
  • Strong understanding of CA, Trade & Forex, CMS and Asset products - CC, OD, TL, Export Finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage complex client requirements.
Favorable Qualifications:
  • Wealth management experience preferred, insurance experience, retail relationship management profile.
  • AMFI Certification, NCFM Certification (Optional), CAIIB, IRDA, Sales and Influencing Skills, Banking Product & Process Knowledge, Relationship Management and Negotiation Skills, Planning and Organizing Skills, Communication, Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry.
