Accounting Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Specialist to join our team. As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records in Zoho Books.

  • Maintain accounting entries and daily bookkeeping in Zoho Books
  • Ensure timely GST and TDS filings and support during audits
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in monthly reconciliations
  • Liaise with stakeholders including vendors, banks, and auditors
  • Support compliance, documentation, and financial record-keeping

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 1 year of experience in accounting roles such as Accounts Associate or Finance Executive. Experience in finance/accounting services or structured finance teams is preferred. Familiarity with tools like Zoho Books is a plus.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized and motivated individual who can manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. You should have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting roles such as Accounts Associate or Finance Executive
  • Experience in finance/accounting services or structured finance teams
  • Familiarity with tools like Zoho Books
