Job Overview
We seek a highly experienced Executive Assistant to the Managing Director for a full-time position based in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will have between 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience. This senior-level position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to effectively manage the office of the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing correspondence and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required by the Managing Director.
- Organize and maintain office systems, ensuring the efficient handling of information and records.
- Facilitate communication between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill), both written and verbal, for interacting with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Proven problem-solving skills (Mandatory skill) to anticipate issues and create viable solutions promptly.
- Proficiency in calendar management (Mandatory skill), including scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments efficiently.
