Job Title: Ticket Resolution Specialist

The role of a Ticket Resolution Specialist involves working closely with our internal teams and external partners to resolve complex patient account issues. This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to think critically and identify process improvements.

  • Minimum 1 year of call center experience.
