We are seeking a highly skilled MDM Ticket Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with data governance, data quality initiatives, and MDM tools.

Job Description:

The MDM Ticket Management Specialist will be responsible for managing data maintenance tickets and ensuring timely resolution using Service Now. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Ticket Management: Handle data maintenance tickets and ensure timely resolution using Service Now.
  2. Master Data Creation/Maintenance: Perform CRUD operations on product master data.
  3. Data Quality Monitoring: Assess and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Develop and implement data quality standards.
  4. Collaboration & Coordination: Work with data owners and stakeholders to address data issues. Participate in daily stand-up calls.
  5. Reporting and Documentation: Generate data quality reports and document maintenance processes.
  6. Project Coordination & Governance: Support data governance policies and assist in forming a global data steward group.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives

Skills:

  • Familiarity with MDM tools and platforms (e.g., SAP MDG, Service Now)
  • Minimum 2 years of data stewardship experience, preferably in Product Master Domain
  • Must have: Chemical and industrial material knowledge
  • Ability to chase data across different groups and ensure timely updates
