Job Description - MDM Lead (Informatica)Location : Chennai / BangaloreWork Mode : 5 Days Work from OfficeExperience : 5-10 Years (with minimum 5+ years in Informatica MDM)About the Role :We are seeking a highly skilled MDM Lead with strong experience in Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) to design, configure, and implement enterprise MDM solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, leadership experience, and a proven track record in delivering large-scale MDM initiatives.Key Responsibilities (KRA) :- Lead end-to-end implementation of Informatica MDM solutions across various domains (Customer, Product, Employee, etc.).- Drive requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment of Informatica MDM components.- Oversee configuration of Hub Console, IDD (Informatica Data Director), Match & Merge, and Hierarchy Manager.- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance by leveraging Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and data profiling tools.- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to align MDM strategy with enterprise data initiatives.- Lead and mentor MDM development teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.- Manage integration of MDM solutions with multiple enterprise applications and data sources.- Monitor and optimize MDM performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.- Provide thought leadership in data modelling, data integration, and ETL processes to support MDM strategy.- Drive continuous improvements in MDM frameworks, best practices, and implementation methodologies.Required Skillsets :- Strong hands-on expertise in Informatica MDM components : Hub Console, IDD, Match & Merge, Hierarchy Manager.- Proficiency in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and data profiling.- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills with experience in databases such as Oracle, Teradata, or similar RDBMS.- In-depth understanding of data modelling, data integration, and ETL processes.- Experience in designing and implementing MDM solutions for multiple domains (Customer, Product, Employee).- Knowledge of enterprise data architecture, data governance frameworks, and metadata management.- Experience in integrating MDM systems with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms.- Ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and handle end-to-end project delivery.
