Key Responsibilities:
  • 4+ years of work experience in Trademark and IP is required.
  • Familiarity with Trademark journals opposition
  • Knowledge of Affidavits u/s 45, etc.
  • Expertise in trademark search, registration procedure
  • Proficient in data management
  • Deep understanding of Trademark and IP
  • Rectification Proceedings
  • Injunction Matters
  • Cease & desist notice drafting
  • Drafting of various documents related to Intellectual Property and their rights.
  • Drafting and filing of notice of Opposition, Counter statements, Affidavits etc for Trade Mark related matters.
  • Good understanding of Trademark, Design and Copyright related matters.
  • Familiarity with Trademark, Design and Copyright laws.
  • Experience in drafting opposition, counter statements, relevant affidavits, cease and desist notices etc.
  • Superior drafting and oral communication skills.
  • Team player with proven ability to attend to detail and work independently.
  • Self-starter who can work under pressure, manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines on own initiative and find creative solutions to problems.

Educational Qualifications: Law graduate from a recognized University.
