**Compensation and Benefits Expert**

As a Compensation and Benefits Expert, you will play a key role in aligning the organization's compensation and benefits practices with its overall human resources philosophy. This involves designing compensation structures, determining salary ranges, managing annual salary revision exercises, communicating compensation programs to employees and management, and monitoring the compensation program for effectiveness.

  • Develop and implement compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement total rewards programs that meet the organization's business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation decisions and ensure competitiveness.
  • Communicate compensation policies and procedures to employees and management, and provide training and support as needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 10-12 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a focus on people leadership and benefits portfolio management.
  • A graduate degree in any discipline or an MBA in Finance or HR.
  • Strong network of peers in competitor organizations and awareness of market landscape and practices specifically in health and mental wellbeing.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to handle large datasets in Excel.
  • Ability to work in a professional manner with highly sensitive information and manage multiple vendors/servicing contracts & renewal.
