
New Business Development Executive

- Capture Strategies:
- Develop winning proposals by teaming, pricing, and proposal development.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and assess client needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare for upcoming procurements and develop compelling proposals.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Review and qualify RFIs and RFPs, drive the proposal process, and ensure timely submission.
- Prepare high-quality written proposals by developing concepts, gathering information, and writing engaging content.
- Maintain reference databases for technical, management, and past performance expertise.
- Apply industry knowledge to develop compliant and compelling content.
- Conduct after-action reviews to document lessons learned and improve capture techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in capture management for federal or state procurements.
- Successful track record of winning staffing and SOW-based proposals in the public sector.
- Excellent writing and analytical skills, with a strong understanding of cost and financials.
- Familiarity with GSA and other federal schedules.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., English, Journalism, Communications).
