**Agile Project Leadership Role**

We are seeking a skilled Agile Project Leader to join our team. As an Agile Project Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing agile software development projects from initiation to completion.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of software products that meet or exceed client expectations.

This role requires strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master in the IT industry with at least 5 years of experience in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sprint Ceremonies: Build and anchor Scrum Teams across various projects, ensuring sprint ceremonies are conducted according to Agile methodologies.
  • Project Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans, timelines, and execute projects according to agile methodologies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate agile development teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to maximize their productivity and efficiency.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication within the team and with stakeholders. Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Technology) with minimum 10 years of overall experience.
  • Proven experience as an Agile Scrum Master in the IT industry with at least 5 years of experience in this role.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Mandatory Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
