
Strategic IT Business Partnership Specialist

We are looking for an IT Business Relationship Manager to support our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and program management, with the ability to understand precise outcomes as part of business analyst requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project and program management capabilities
- Understanding the latest trends, tools, and techniques used in business analysis
- In-depth understanding of requirement specifications, BRD, FSD, process flows, and creating business use case scenarios
- Expertise in responding queries and identifying gaps by running use cases in the LOS/CBS system
- Knowledge in data and MIS requirements, including data interrogation with Oracle SQL and MS SQL proficiency
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in micro loan and micro banking projects. A graduate degree is required, with diploma or distant education not considered.
