Direct Sales Processes Operations Manager

\Entities: The Direct Sales Processes Operations Manager role oversees the seamless coordination between dealers, vendors, and city sales teams, while ensuring backend operations are efficient.\Key Responsibilities\.
  • Coordinate daily with dealers, vendors, and the city sales team to meet operational requirements.
  • Ensure timely renewal and new acquisition processing in the CRM system.
  • Manage subscriptions for prominent newspapers.
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Oversee procurement and distribution of promotional materials.
  • Monitor backend team productivity and manage salary processing and invoicing.
  • Implement orders as per guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate MIS tracking and provide timely reports to management.
\Required Skills & Qualifications\.required skills and qualifications include a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, minimum 6 years of relevant experience in direct sales processes operations, proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite, and excellent communication skills.
