We are seeking a skilled automation professional to develop an innovative, AI-driven sales workflow.

  • Create a comprehensive, end-to-end solution in n8n that automates the process from initial company identification to personalized email outreach.
  • Integrate multiple third-party services via API, including Google Sheets, OpenAI, and Apollo.io.
  • Implement robust error handling and logging within the n8n workflow.
  • Craft expressions and code to correctly parse and map data between nodes.
  • Collaborate with us to refine prompts for AI nodes to ensure high-quality, personalized outputs.
  • Provide clear documentation on the workflow's setup and maintenance.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Expertise in n8n: Proven experience building complex workflows is crucial.
  • API Integration: Strong proficiency with REST APIs and managing authentication.
  • AI Integration: Experience integrating LLMs into automated workflows.
  • Web Scraping & Enrichment: Familiarity with web scraping concepts and tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to debug complex automation issues.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data mapping and workflow logic.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with sales/marketing automation.
  • Basic JavaScript knowledge for use in n8n's Function node.
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets functions and formulas.
