Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in migrating Test scripts from UFT to UIPath and leveraging AI to speed up migration.

  • Design, develop, and implement innovative automation solutions using tools like UiPath.
  • Model and develop automation processes during project development stages.
  • Contribute to designing and developing the Automation framework at a framework level.
  • Update and maintain Developer Standards around automation best practices.
  • Monitor and maintain automation post-implementation, resolving any potential issues during testing runs.
  • Set up testing and monitoring automated workflows.
  • Produce process documentation to outline mistakes and successes, refining processes going forward.
  • Ensure quality automation using Quality Assurance processes.
  • Able to do preliminary analysis of failures and identify defects.
  • Manage test scripts execution based on project needs.
  • Innovate and explore possibilities in Process Automation.
  • Convert functional team requirements into Automation scripts.
  • Work cross-functionally with business operations and SMEs to create and optimize workflow processes.
  • Lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing, and fixing bugs.
  • The ideal candidate will have 4 years of hands-on experience with automation tools like UiPath Testing Capabilities and UiPath Test Developer.
  • Certifications are preferred.
  • The candidate should have 2 years of experience in programming languages like VB Script, Java Script, Python, etc.
  • Able to design technical specification documents for Automation Projects.
  • Experience with Agile development methodology is required.
  • Understanding of workflow-based logic is necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are essential.
  • Superior time and task management skills are required.
  • Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders.
  • Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and complex troubleshooting methods are necessary.
  • Understanding of SAP modules (Supply, FI, O2I) is preferable.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Engineering in CS, IT, etc.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like UiPath Testing Capabilities and UiPath Test Developer.
  • 4 years of experience in programming languages like VB Script, Java Script, Python, etc.
