At our organization, we are seeking an experienced Power Automate Specialist to fill a key role. In this position, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to design, implement, and maintain complex automation workflows that connect Microsoft 365, Business Central, and Jira Service Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain efficient Power Automate / Logic Apps flows for ticket creation, enrichment, and notifications
  • Monitor flow execution, troubleshoot automation failures, and optimize business processes
  • Create automation to synchronize SharePoint content, customer contacts, or Business Central triggers with JSM
  • Support the development of SLA tracking and reporting dashboards using Jira, Power BI, and SharePoint
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all created and updated workflows
  • Collaborate with QA/QC and Jira Consultant to ensure operational workflow compliance
  • Perform test automation with sample ticket scenarios to validate functionality
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience working with Power Automate or Logic Apps
  • Fundamental understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON data formats
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Bonus: Jira/JSM knowledge and skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and adapt
