
Senior Fraud Resolution Specialist

As a key member of our fraud management team, you will play a crucial role in resolving customer disputes and fraud cases. Your expertise in Mastercard chargeback processes will be essential in managing case workloads efficiently and effectively.
You will be responsible for reviewing and resolving fraud and dispute cases according to Mastercard rules and internal policies. This includes analyzing transaction data and documentation to determine case validity and liability.
Additionally, you will prepare and submit dispute case files, representments, and supporting evidence to Mastercard within required timeframes. Effective communication with internal teams, issuing banks, acquirers, and merchants is also essential for timely dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Review and resolve fraud and dispute cases according to Mastercard rules and internal policies.
- Analyze transaction data and documentation to determine case validity and liability.
- Prepare and submit dispute case files, representments, and supporting evidence to Mastercard within required timeframes.
- Communicate with internal teams, issuing banks, acquirers, and merchants for timely dispute resolution.
- 2–5 years of experience in fraud, disputes, or chargebacks (Mastercard experience required).
- In-depth knowledge of Mastercard chargeback rules and dispute life cycle.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working in financial institutions, fintechs, or payment processors.
- Knowledge of both issuer and acquirer dispute processes.
- Professional certifications in fraud or payments a plus.
