Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Associate - Retail Banking Ops-Cards Operations Issuing. The ideal candidate will have excellent chargeback management skills and experience working with card schemes.

This is a 6-month contract position that can be performed remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily chargeback cases to minimize financial exposure for the bank, merchants, and cardholders.
  • Analyze dispute data to identify high-risk merchants, transaction types, or patterns leading to chargebacks.
  • Collaborate with merchants to implement fraud prevention tools and best practices to reduce disputes.
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes for chargeback handling and dispute resolution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in chargeback management or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
