Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Database Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our database technology group, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle support of our clients' databases.

You will work closely with our development team to design and build new database structures to support application enhancements and promote database changes throughout the Dev, UAT, and Prod databases.

Your duties will include administering, managing, and tuning high-transaction standalone/RAC production server environments on premises and cloud environments.

In addition, you will be required to participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and be available to perform periodic after-hours support.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 5 years of related experience with implementation and administration of database systems.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge on managing Automatic Storage Management, Oracle Exadata, and Database Upgrade/Migrations.
  • Soft Skills: Good written/oral communication and soft skills.
