Operations Manager for Business Growth

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Manager to join our team at Integrated Personnel Services Limited. This role is ideal for an individual with expertise in HR operations, talent management, and business development.
About the RoleThis position entails overseeing various aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, and leave management. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless onboarding processes, maintaining accurate records, and monitoring compensation and benefits packages.
As a Senior Operations Manager, you will also focus on driving business growth through strategic partnerships, developing new client relationships, and identifying opportunities for revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities- HR Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the HR department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Talent Management: Identify, acquire, and retain top talent within the organization.
- Design and implement strategies for talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Cultivate a positive work environment that fosters engagement and motivation.
- Business Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
- Pursue new business leads and partnerships.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Monitor and manage expenses, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Business Administration).
- At least 5 years of experience in HR operations, talent management, or business development.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
