
Sales Enablement Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced sales enablement professional to join our team. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing onboarding and training programs for new hires, as well as upskilling our existing team members.
Your primary focus will be on creating and maintaining playbooks, talk tracks, and toolkits that align with product and market changes. You will also work closely with our GTM leaders to define competencies, certifications, and frameworks for success.
In addition, you will support product launches and GTM initiatives with the right messaging and resources, and own enablement metrics such as ramp time, attainment, and content usage. Finally, you will evaluate and implement enablement tools and processes to streamline workflows and drive measurable impact.
Requirements- 6–10 years of experience in sales enablement or B2B SaaS sales (quota-carrying experience a plus)
- Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch in high-growth environments
- Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and CS
- Familiarity with enablement tools and modern sales tech (LMS, CRM, call recording, sales engagement)
