Job Title:

Senior Enablement Manager

Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and implementation of comprehensive seller enablement strategies, programs, and initiatives that drive success for our third-party sellers on the Walmart Marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven seller enablement strategies that improve seller performance, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Identify key seller pain points and opportunities, and design scalable solutions and resources to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, Business Development, Account Management, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure a cohesive and supportive seller experience.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of high-quality, actionable seller-facing content and monitor and analyze key seller performance metrics.
  • Develop and present data-driven insights to leadership to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of program management experience, with a focus on e-commerce and sales enablement.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the e-commerce industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful seller enablement strategies.
