Project Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Project Lead for corporate interior fit-out projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects from conception to completion.

About the Role
  • This is a leadership position that requires exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Your responsibilities will include coordinating with MEP services, managing project teams, and ensuring compliance with design guidelines and business objectives.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in the building construction industry is required, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
  • Relevant experience in corporate/ workplace interior fit-out projects is essential, along with a degree in Architecture, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Construction management, or a related discipline.
  • You must possess strong knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs, as well as excellent team management and client-facing experience.
  • Tech-savviness and experience in adopting digital initiatives are also crucial for this position.
  • The ability to work under pressure, independently, and without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction is vital.
