Job Title: Commercial Fit-Out Project Lead

About the Role:

The successful candidate will lead commercial interior fit-out projects from briefing and design coordination to on-site execution, final quality checks, and client handover. This senior leadership role plays a key part in scaling repeatable, high-quality workspace models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage turnkey fit-out execution including interpretation of design drawings, BOQs, procurement alignment, site delivery management, commissioning, snag resolution, and client handover.
  • Create and control project plans encompassing schedule, budget, resources; maintain governance via change control and risk logs.
  • Coordinate internal/external stakeholders including clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, HSE and building codes.
  • Facilitate timely resolution of technical or contractual challenges; oversee accurate documentation from RFIs to variation orders and handover dossiers.
  • Deliver structured stakeholder reporting and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar field.
  • 8–15 years of experience managing commercial or office interior fit-out projects, including high-value assignments.
  • Hands-on leadership of on-site teams and contractors, ideally with prior turnkey project experience.
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
