Civil Project Lead

With a minimum of 14 to 17 years of experience in leading projects and construction management in civil & interior works, we are seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Lead to join our team.

About the Role:
  • Leverage your expertise in stone cladding of facade both wet and dry cladding to drive project success.
  • Manage a team of 20 engineers and supervisors, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Inspect interior fit out, finishes, FF&\(E, Loose furniture, and compare with drawings and specifications.
  • Measure and check building materials for quality and identify defects.
  • Monitor and report work progress to the VP Engineering.
  • Assist the site team and coordinate with PMO for verification, validation, and certification of bills.
  • Ensure all works are carried out as per approved design drawings, documents, contract technical specifications, and quality plans.
  • Conduct and monitor work progress daily.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • Extensive experience in project management, specifically in civil and interior works.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Working knowledge of AUTOCAD and MS PROJECT is mandatory.
