We are seeking an exceptional Project Leader to spearhead our luxury villa and bungalow projects.

Project Overview

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from design to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans to ensure timely execution and high-quality finishes.
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality control, ensuring every element meets international luxury standards.
  • Foster effective relationships with cross-functional teams, including architects, consultants, and vendors.
  • Drive value engineering to optimize costs without compromising on luxury standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Project & Construction Management, with at least 4-7 years managing premium projects.
  • Prior experience in luxury residential or hospitality is highly desirable.
  • Age: Below 40 years.

Core Skills

  • Exceptional planning and project management skills, both technical and managerial.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • High proficiency in construction finance, billing, and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
