Job Title: Civil Structural Engineer

As a senior engineering professional, you will play a key role in providing technical expertise to our clients across the oil and gas industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil and structural engineering, with experience in designing and developing industrial structures for various clients.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients on their engineering projects.
  • Develop and implement effective engineering solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide expert advice.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Furthermore, they will be familiar with various engineering codes and standards, including ACI 318, ASCE, AISC, and IBC.

A bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering, with a major in structural engineering, is required for this position.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of experience in industrial structural design, as well as proficiency in software such as STAAD, SAFE, and ETABS.

They will also be able to model and detail structures using AutoCAD, PDMS, and TEKLA.

It is essential that the candidate has excellent problem-solving skills and can think creatively to overcome challenges.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for leading the civil and structural team and providing engineering support to customers' engineering teams.

Moreover, you will need to coordinate with local authorities to obtain approval for engineering designs and drawings.

Flexibility to work in different time zones is also essential for this role.

Finally, the ideal candidate will aim to augment onsite teams from a business perspective.
