Project Coordinator Position

We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough technical due diligence on all projects.
  • Review drawings and BOQs for accuracy and take ownership of the same.
  • Develop and present project plans, including procurement strategies and milestones, to the business team.
  • Ensure attention to detail and adherence to quality standards throughout construction.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Apply logical thinking to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement value engineering measures.
  • Provide constructability reviews and recommend mitigation measures during pre-construction and construction phases.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of minutes and risk assessments.
  • Utilize construction management tools efficiently.

Skillset Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of commercial projects and client-centric operations.
  • Strong background in team management.
  • Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to juggle multiple projects accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Project management professional with 2-4 years of experience in the workspace fit-out industry.
  • Preferably from a D&B or coworking space background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to project sites as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • B.E/B. Tech Electrical/Mechanical
  • Graduation through a full-time day course
  • Specialized in MEP
