Job Title: Strategic Growth Manager

Location: Gurgaon

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to join our team as a Strategic Growth Manager. This role will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the Enterprise and Government sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing major accounts, central government, state government, PSUs, ministries, and Defence organizations.
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at these organizations.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales and product mandate targets.
  • Represent the company's entire range of products and services to assigned customers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or a similar field of study. MBA (preferable)
  • 8-10 years of direct sales experience
  • Prior knowledge of CAD software sales would be preferable
  • Proven track record of achieving assigned objectives
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimal direction
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills as well as good working knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and CRM
