Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Revenue Generation Manager to join our team at Grand Hyatt Mumbai. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.
Main Responsibilities
- To act as a sales specialist and ensure related revenue is maximised in the most profitable way in line with agreed targets.
- Work closely with the hotel team to identify opportunities to increase revenue and implement effective strategies to achieve this goal.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to monitor progress against targets and make informed decisions.
Requirements
- A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is desirable.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are essential.
