
Drive Sales Growth as a Customer Acquisition Specialist

The role of the Customer Acquisition Specialist is to identify, pursue and secure new customers for the bank's savings accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers through various channels, explaining the benefits and features of the savings products, and closing sales.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales principles and practices, as well as experience in customer-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new savings account customers in targeted segments
- Ensure high-quality customer acquisition in terms of product and segment mix
- On-board and activate customers on digital platforms
- Collaborate with senior sales managers and branch managers to achieve sales targets
- Provide regular feedback to senior sales managers and branch managers on customer requirements and potential opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, or Computers
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles
