This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager & Agency Sales Manager, located in Ernakulam.
The BDM & ASM will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of financial consultants, achieving business targets through effective planning and execution, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and manage a team of financial consultants to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve business targets by developing and implementing strategic plans, executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Identify market opportunities and generate leads to drive new business growth.
Requirements:
- Experience in recruiting and managing a team of financial consultants.
- Strong planning and execution skills, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Excellent market analysis and lead generation skills, with a proven track record of driving new business growth.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, with a strong understanding of insurance products and compliance regulations.
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus advantage, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
