Job OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Trader to lead our sales efforts in the Indian market for ferrous and non-ferrous recyclable materials.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute effective sales strategies for ferrous and non-ferrous recyclable materials to achieve revenue and profitability targets in the Indian market.
- Client Relationship Management: Identify and establish relationships with key buyers in the recycling and metals industries, fostering long-term partnerships and trust.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to monitor demand trends, pricing fluctuations, and competitor activities, leveraging insights to optimize sales approaches.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with buyers, ensuring transactions align with company profitability goals and market conditions.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure the timely shipment and delivery of goods, resolving any issues that arise.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a thorough understanding of recycling processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements specific to ferrous and non-ferrous materials in India.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the recycling and metals industries, combined with excellent sales acumen and relationship-building skills.
