Key Role Summary
Parking Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations of airport parking and associated commercial activities, ensuring seamless functioning, revenue management, compliance, and customer experience through coordination with internal departments, external vendors, and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of parking systems, traffic flow, and commercial operations, as well as familiarity with audit processes, billing systems, and compliance standards.
- Operational Management
- Manage daily parking operations across all zones, ensuring smooth traffic flow, queue management, and system uptime.
- Monitor and maintain hygiene, signage, and infrastructure standards.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with concessionaire partners for service delivery, grooming, and discipline.
- Coordinate with airport departments, including Security, Maintenance, Customer Service, and others.
- Ensure timely updates and compliance from vendor SPOCs.
- Revenue & Billing Oversight
- Oversee parking fee collection, cash counter audits, and reconciliation.
- E nsure accurate billing, invoicing, and reporting to Commercial & finance team.
- Monitor RFID/system usage and prevent misuse.
- Compliance & Audit
- E nsure adherence to safety, regulatory, and operational protocols.
- Prepare for internal and external audits with complete documentation.
- Maintain logs for incident reports, including civil/electrical work and system failures.
- Customer Experience & Social Media
- Monitor guest experience across landside areas and parking zones.
- A ddress grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with social media teams for promotions updates, alerts, and feedback.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in parking operations within large infrastructure setups, along with proven experience in multi-stakeholder coordination and vendor management.
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication are essential for this role.
